rank prediction for fall pledge class

1. Pike - They would have to have an absolutely terrible rush staff to mess up what they have
2. Sigs - same as above
3. Phi Psi - New House.
4. Acacia - Will preach about how they're top tier. Freshman will easily be seduced.
5. DTD - Good guys, decent location, have pillars on their house
6. ATO - They'll probably do alright
7. Beta - They have a great location and undeniably beautiful house. Freshman will most likely see the house and go inside just because of surface appeal.
8. SAE - SAE is a big name, that should make it easier for them.
9. Sig Eps - With so many guys recruiting, It would be hard for them to not pull a decent class.
10. AKL - Their must be some quality guys out of the 200 they bid.. right?

Bonus: Underdogs who might do well... (Feel free to comment, this is very much in the air)
1. Psi U - they pulled a decent size pledge class last fall. Might do well?
2. Sigma Nu - They're actually blocking this year. Pretty bad location, but ATO is right next door and manages to do well enough
3. DU - top hau5 stuff being mostly in the past, they'll probably overhaul on rush in the fall.
5. Triangle - I have heard Triangle being talked about more this past semester than I have ever before. Idk, I guess it's possible.
