my opinion
by: Top Frats
1. Sigma Chi- best house location, great guys, awesome senior house parties, on good terms with all sororities, have been a top house for decades
2.PKA- known as being the hottest and frattiest guys, really close with tridelt and theta but hated but a lot of other sororities, have the newest and biggest house on campus and best 17's class
3. SAE- despite being under a lot of heat by nationals they continue to do well with Rush, taking over as the replacement for Beta as a top house. Will be on top for years to come
4. ATO- easily the coolest physical house on campus but really far from the middle of campus, starting to lose their edge in rush bc of house location and social bans by the university. Only thing keeping them going is their nationals having their backs
5. Delts- although a lot of guys don't want to admit it delts are making their way to the top. Upper middle sororities (DG/Gphi/AXO/APhi) love hanging out with them and they have a great basement for Pregames and parties as well as house location
6. Acacia- have bad upperclassmen but they absolutely killed 18's Rush. Had a ton of big parties during welcome week and a bunch of cool 18's to show for it
7. Phi psi- not necessarily a great house now but once their new house is finished they will start to pick it up with rush. Pretty cool 17's, The 18's have some cool kids but also a lot of weirder ones
8. Sigep- Although they receive no respect from other frats (no pledgeship), they have a pretty solid social calendar

Next time don't throw yourself at a guy just because he is good looking, and you won't go through life bitter, because he used you the same way you were using him (for looks).
If you are bitter because he only looks at KAT/DDD, I could say the same about you only looking at PKA. Except that you are not hot enough to keep one.
Time to quit bichin and put on your big girl panties.

Are you serious hahahahha.... DG 17's are the joke out of their four classes and sig chi is with DDD.

ATO still has good social and a solid pledge class and is a top 10 house. Unfortunately they are falling because of their situation with the university but they are still a solid fraternity with good bro-hood. Might not be as good as sig chi of pike but for now they deserve to be on this list.
