Pretty solid but my top 3 would be 1. Pike 2. Sigs 3. SAE

Phi delts should be 7 or 8 and sigs/PKA should be over SAE

Taking into account all factors such as social, financial, IFC involvenent, house/location, brotherhood the top house on campus is Sigma Chi, Socially it's SAE, and Pike has the best physical house.

why would IFC involvement be a category lmao. most solid houses on this list are Sigs, PIKE, Acacia, SAE, and Delts.

Pike has the nicest house because if all the money poured into it but it's not the most authentic fraternity house by any means

their own guy described it as "easily converted into an apartment complex, if it should ever become necessary". Not that it will, they are a strong house, but that is how their own guy described it in their national magazine.
