I disagree with your theory. Informal rushing is not nearly as bad as Snapping. That is desperate and pathetic. Also very sneaky, under handed and against the rules.

axo definitely doesnt do inform rush, and I don't think kd does either.. and the return rates change from year to year based on how good the skit and stuff is during rush, gphi and chio's skits were hilarious so alot of girls liked them this year that could change next year
