What make tridelt/pike/theta/sigs so much better than other fraternities and sororities? They're constantly ranking in the top tier. Is it looks, brother/sisterhood, chapter house, etc..???

Superficialities for sure. Perhaps some of these members are nice but so are many in all houses.
