Definitely the top 2 but they're a lot different so its hard to say which is better. Sigs definitely have the most respect from other fraternities but Pike might be a little most popular with sororities, especially with the lower grades.

Id say sigs since their reputation nationally is bar none. Pike is great at U of i but in the long run Sigs will provide the better experience

Lol. so you basically said that sigs has a better rep at other schools, thats why you chose it over pikes? idk but i would rather join a better fraternity at MY school than join a slightly worse one but is ranked higher at other schools. just my 2 cents.

pikes chapter house is easily the best on campus but sigma chi is better overall

either pike or acacia has the best house. but sigma chi's house is nice too!

The pikes house is an apartment complex in a terrible area. Sigma chi's has a classic feel but looks sharp and has the best location on campus.

They are esstentially the same. Only Sig seems to cling to their "royalty" and cares about their top status. Pike doesn't seem to care about rankings so I think that gives them the edge. Both solid houses though

If we're talking about best physical houses ATO is definitely better than pikes and sigs even though it has the worst location.

Factoring location and looks:
Sig Chi >> Pikes > ATO

Living all the way by PAR just sounds terrible.
