They're all solid houses with very different feels. Ranking-wise, three of the four you listed are considered in the "top 5." But regardless, all four have a lot of members with active social calendars. Just rush them all and find out for yourself which one is best for you. Bids are a mutual thing anyway. You get to choose where you accept your bid, but they have to give one to you first.

It's me again. I still stand by what I said above, but if you really want the "low down", here's a brief lil guide:
ATO: classy/wealthy vibe. one of the best houses (physically) but bad location. lotta guys hate em, lotta girls love em
Delts: quirky, funny guys. not the best house (physically) but great location. lotta guys make fun of em, lotta girls love em
Fiji: mixture of different guys. weird, new house (physically) but fairly good location. lotta guys dont know em, lotta girls love em
Pikes: athletic guys, a lot of jocks. also one of the best houses (physically) with a tolerable location. lotta guys tolerate or like em, lotta girls love em

I agree with ATO description
I really like the Delts house and where it is placed. Pretty close to bars and green street. fun guys
iffy about fiji house but great guys
I agree with pikes house but iffy location. Guys are great but d-bags
