Can someone direct me to rush vp's or recruitment chairs of pi phi, tridelts, kd, and alpha phi? names or links to pages with that information would be appreciated!

You can't really get in contact with these girls about joining their house during formal recruitment. That would be considered dirty rushing. You could email about informal though. Not sure if they do that or not

whoever wrote this was trying to put pi phi on the same level as tridelt, kd, and alpha phi.

If you're truly interested in going through informal, contact PHC. They'll have the most up-to-date info. For formal, it's a no-no and against PHC policy to talk to the recruitment chairs about joining.
