They aren't at all considered a top house anymore. And I doubt they will be able to build back to what they once were, my parents talk about the old Betas like they were legendary i guess they literally ran campus. But who knows, maybe in a few years they'll be considered a quality house. We'd literally laugh at them if they tried to join in on it now though

i have been hearing some good things about their 18s, but just thinking of the pregame we had with their 17s makes me cringe

Without being mean, their 17's aren't very good at social stuff from my experience, which makes me suspicious about how good their 18's can actually be. But I have heard good things about the 18's and if they're actually decent, then future pledge classes will be too.

The 18's give me hope they can be back in our lifetime. I'd say by the time they are juniors or seniors or at least when the horrible 17's are gone they will at least be a respectable house.
