best frat and sorority 18's??

With looks, house, and how fun they are included.. I'd say SAE, ATO, and Accacia. They all have fun pledge classes!!
As for the rest... SigChi arent bad but I feel like this class might not be as good as previous ones. PIKES guys are pretty cool, looks are average at best.. With a few attractive guys in the mix. Delts 18s are in a good spot. Half of them are sort of weird but the other guys can make up for it a little bit. ZBT guys are actually really fun but at the same time are pretty weird!
