I agree with these three but factor in location and Beta is the clear winner. They have a great spot, third closest to lion after KS and Fiji and have a have a 22 stop really close (unlike Fiji).

Pikes isn't too shabby either as they have a 22 stop right by their place, but ATO is tied with Sigma Nu for the second worst location after DZ.

Acacia is as filled with try hards as it gets, but their house is amazingly nice on the inside

ATO and Beta have the best "frat castle" vibe
akl is a really nice house on the inside
pike seems like an apt complex
Acacias courtyard >>>>
AGR has a nice house but its far from the bars

Theta xo and DG have the best location, right next to the quad

Best looking actually sorority house on Campus is AGD, XO and DG
For frats it's Beta, AKL, ATO, Sigma Nu
