on the rise?

So much talk about AKL and Beta both being on the rise, but neither are going to get block it appears. Can you really be on the rise if you cannot even secure block? Especially in AKL's scenario, where they went from block to no block

Did Beta even ask anyone to block? I know they went around singing to all the sororities at the beginning of the year but I'm pretty sure that wasn't about block.

Both probably won't get block just because this year is so random. There will be a lot of blocks that have bad turnout cause of the randomness, just how it works.

18s actually arent that bad. They could improve with 18.5 and 19s tho. Emphasis on could.
