dues

I wanted to rush a fraternity but no way can I afford the thousands of dollars of dues. What are the dues of some typical med tier - low tier fraternities as well something like pike?

Not all are expensive....get to know one or two guys in the houses you are interested in, and ask them casually as part of a general conversation.

Your family does not have to be rich for you to join most of the houses on campus.
