Upper: Pike, Sigs, Delts, SAE
Upper middle: ATO, Acacia
Middle: Sigep, ZBT, Phi Delt
The rest aren't really relevant from a social standpoint put still there are a ton of cools guys in every house. This is more who blocks and has pregames with good sororities more often.

Pretty well understood that pike, sigs, and sae are top 3. The rest of these are pretty interchangeable, except zbt prob doesn't belong here. I would probably but delts fourth and then sigep and acacia. I would put ato last cuz they are huge d bags. Idk that much about phi delt; I sometimes hear ppl calling them a top house but they seem very low key and I don't really see them out. Also think sammies should be added here, a lot better than zbt imo
