THis is B.s and written by a DG. Theta and DG have gone down hill and we all know it. They may want to think of themselves as tops but nobody else does. And as for saying Lower.....All the rest. That is simply not true. As far as many are concerned some of those houses are better than the top 3.

I would put Chi O above Kappa, but I agree that especially DG has gone way downhill. I see they're trying to blame it on a better house. I guess that's just another example of why they're not well respected anymore.

This is partially true and partially false. Tridelts have gone down (sorry girls) gphi has gone up and a lot of the big frats have gone down too. And with that, a handful of the smaller frats (triangle, agr) and also less popular yet larger ones (betas) have all been increasing in popularity overall. Over the past few years I've been here id say triangle is the one that's changed the most
