Theta XI is huge, but they don't seem to have a very strong brotherhood.
Delta Chi and Kappa Sigma are relatively smaller houses with good brotherhood. If you are looking at them I'd recommend rushing KDR, Theta Chi, Pi Kapps.

Pi lambda phi is new on the scene. Not much idea other than that they are recolonizing.
