Is it harder to get bids from frats such as Sigep, Fiji, and Delts in the spring as opposed to the fall?

Honestly, I have no idea since I'm not part of any of them, but I assume it would be easier because keys people rush in the spring. Since let's people rush, they might just pick the best of the lot when is the lot kinda sucks. <--- Educated guess
