do the top frats throw parties? all i ever here is about them having exchanges with a lot of sororities or having block/pregames. but what about ragers? do they throw wild parties? who gets to come? are they in the chapter house or senior house?

by top frats, i mean: sigs, pikes, delts, sae, etc.

If they throw parties it's at senior houses and they only invite other sororities or certain fraternities. No randos or GDI's

that makes it easy for the cops. At least in senior land you're least likely to get a noise complaint.
