pi kapps

So Pi Kapps has by far the best Halloween party on campus. You don't hear too much about them though during the year. Are they just really low key? Any girls have opinions on them? How are the guys?

girls just don't have an opinion on them, I don't think they do much with sororities. No rep is better than a bad rep though
