rush question fraternity bros please answer

I just transferred here as a junior this is my first semester and didn't rush since I want to get good grades.

I'm technically a sophomore since I'll be here for 3 more years last semester will be fall 2017 so can i rush in the spring even though I'm a junior but will be here for 3 more years. Or can I just say I'm a sophomore when I rush next semester to the fraternities.

Can frat bros please answer and houses to avoid/seek. Thank you.

If grades are important to you I would rush ATO. They place a huge priority on academics, leadership, and good choices in general.
