I understand the general idea of what you are saying, and I agree sororities don't tend to change much in a short period of time. However:
a) If they have 2 more really good rushes, at that point 3/4 of their girls will have come from good rushes, so it is realistic to say they could move up.
b) I am not saying they will be at the top, #10 is smack in the middle. so I think a house that does great 3 years in a row has a chance of being average - no?

So what you are saying is put them in AXID' spot and then make AXID number 14? AxID is also new and has been doing really well. A bit more established that Phi sig sig and with all their work and effort should not be yanked from that spot and moved down. This is only Phi Sig Sig 2nd year and have much more to prove than just 1 decent rush. Also SDT and DZ are decent sororities and do not deserve to be moved down. Sorry a bit more to prove.

Fair enough. If all these houses are doing well, it is good for the system and gives girls good choices anyway.

Oh come on. They should not be moved up that high Based on what? Some of their girls are pretty but you don't go flying up that high this soon. Sorry
