Theta will deny this because they are told to. If it's a house you like during rush, you shouldnt really let it hold you back from joining because its only a semester (unless socials are all you care about). They will still have pregames with frats but they wont be able to have exchanges (going with a frat to an off campus bar, dressing with a theme). DZ was on social probation last year and didn't start having exchanges until second semester.
