Frats Ranked for Fall Rush 2025

1. Delts: Consistently Top 2 over the past several years, don't see them falling off anytime soon. Great sorority relations. Decent rush for fall 24, although not anything special
2. Sigs: Same as delts, one of the the best if not the best bar pulls. 28 pc was also incredibly mid this year, although they have a good history and prestige which keeps them at #2.
3. SAE: Not on par with sigs and delts, but still mixes with top sororities. bar pull isn't that good outside kams and maybe joes, not really much action at lion. good pc 28, although lack of upperclassmen keeps them from being top.
4. Acacia: Foam party is one of the best events all year. decent fall pc, met standards. solid house with good relations and decent bar pull, probably has the most expensive dues on campus.
5. Pike: Had the biggest falloff since COVID; newer 28 pc is good, but not great but could be promising. prestige and a good history helps this house from falling harder. great bar pull at lion and joes, needs more at kams; decent relations.
6. ATO: Probably has the best bar pull out of any house. Historically ones of the top houses. location and small pc size in the fall keeps them from being higher.
7. ZBT: Has risen in the past couple years. solid 27 and 28 pc and decent sorority relations. great bar pull at joes.
8. FIJI: Historically a mid to upper mid house, but recent pcs have gotten a lot better. Could see them rising in the future
9. Phi Psi: Always been Upper mid - low top. mixes with top sororities occasionally. Solid house, don't see them going up or down anytime soon though.
