coming from an unbiased low tier frat guy, this doesn't include all frats just the ones people know
Top:
1. Delts (consistent in who they bid, rankings been the same for the past several years. great sorority relations)
2. Sigs (Similar consistency to delts, although the newer pc is lacking, it's not enough to set it all the way back
3. SAE (pretty consistent too, always has decently solid classes, although probably eternally stuck at the 3-4 rank)
4. Acacia (really came up these past few years, could see them up at 2 or 3 in the future)
5. ATO (these guys are historically decent, although there newer pc isn't the greatest. being located near far/par definitely sets them back. definitely one of the best if not the best bar pulls)
6. Pike (definitely fell off in the past few years, but I won't disregard where they once were. the 25s and 26s were not the best classes. I'd still consider them a pretty solid house, having such a big house is a downfall though since they have to bid in numbers)
7. ZBT (the newer pc is definitely a bonus, consistently lower top/upper mid house, good sorority relations and I can definitely see them getting better.
8. FIJI (historically an decent - upper mid house, the 28 fall class was good and has good relationships with good sorority houses. 28 pc carries)
9. Phi Psi (similar to fiji, also historically a decent house, the 28 pc isn't anything special though.
Mid:
10. DChi (don't really know much, heard they're pretty decent. needa stop throwing in the crammed senior house)
11. snu (above average fall 28 pc compared to what they usually had, need to work on sorority connections to move up)
12. Phi delt (definition of mid on campus, not bad or good)
Bottom
13. Asigs (bidded like 90 kids in the fall)
14. PSK
15. Phi Tau
16. PiKapps
17. Beta

yea but look at who you’d group them with then (snu, phi felt, dchi), and from last I heard these guys struggle to keep a relation with even dz.

Asigs is on the rise, from someone who hasn't really been involved in the frat space, their halloweekend party was absolutely packed all night long and their darty coming up this weekend is expected to be huge. Def do bid a lot of guys but their ranking should move up soon if they throw a little bit more and can get a better 29' pc. Overall though, their parties contend with the frats ranked 4-8 and that itself can honestly push them up into the top ranks if they get a good pc and throw more often next sem.

except uiuc isn't a frat party school, it's a bar school, and asigs has awful bar pull. they have mediocre sorority connections, and their 28 pc has some interesting characters. i think they should be happy being top 15

“From someone who hasn’t really been involved in the frat space” lmao this is the most obvious asig self post of all time, nobody not in asig would ever be this invested in what they’re doing or write a whole paragraph about how underrated they are or know this much about their social and rush. The fact that you posted this and tried to make it seem anonymous is exactly why you are and always will be a bottom house.
