Rank 28 PCs and also who has good spring rush?

1. sigs: saw them at the bar, looks like they’re coming back after their sloppy fall class
2. delts: almost as good as sigs
3. zbt - had a solid rush, saw them at joes
4. pike - has a mix of hot and questionable looking guys, saw them at lion
5. sae- solid fall rush and decent spring rush, but a little inconsistent
6. snu - really coming up
7. ato
8. fiji - really good fall class, seems like they gave up after
