It depends of if you acknowledge SAE. They are number two but they also are on big probations and SX isn't.

who is "top 2" depends on how you look it at. from a social standpoint, like all of them work at the bars and they have the best parties, but their 16s and 17s arent all that fun.

some think sigs are still the best house because they run IFC and have a lot of bar pull but some think they are kind of arrogant and the 17s blow and wouldnt have them in top 3

Their 15's , IFC connections, and bar pull make them top two but there 17's and arrogance bring them down
