Does joining a fraternity really hurt your grades/gpa?

Pledging a frat that hazes really bad can affect your grades negatively (showing up to class drunk, missing class, not enough studying)
That being said, there is a decent selection of houses that have good social yet pull good grades too.

All that matters is how committed to your studies you are. There are kids in every house with incredible GPAs. Put the time in an you can do well in school.
