I’d say ranking them 1-2-3 is not totally accurate. From what I heard, so many girls were between 2 out of 3 of these houses for Pref, but none were the clear runaway fave. All three got baddies and great pledge classes. Call it a draw. There’s room for all three to be winners. As far as APhi- Nah. Still too inconsistent as a house- I’d say KD or XO did well.
