If this is just PC 28 ranking, thats a good order. Id also say the distance between 3 and 8 is small. A KKG told me they were top pick of a third of the PNMs after first invite; sounded unbelievable to me at the time, but maybe not?

Why is Chi Omega AFTER alpha phi and kappa kappa gamma? 😳😳 DEFINITELY change that. Also DG isn’t #1 anymore

I would put GPHI and AXO both at #2- Great houses and both had great rushes last year and this year. Consistently solid and girls in these houses love their house and it shows. They also get along with just about every single other sorority and a mix of frats.
TriDelt and KD both at #3- super strong, just a slight bit below the #2s, because they aren’t as consistent.
Theta #4 for obvious reasons.
XO #5 above KKG and Aphi

Part of the reason Phi Mu is in trouble is that so many people on this page are so negative about the chapter. It's hard to attract new members when you are constantly fighting rumors about your chapter losing its house or closing. It's a nice house with nice girls. It's sad that so many people are spending so much time being nasty. What do you get out of putting down another house?

What's your goal with the bottom tier ranking? Are you trying to tell girls not to join those houses? That's what I'd take away from it. Why be so negative about any house? Does it make you feel good?
