So stupid the whole process they just do it to be dramatic. We should just PAY and PICK for the house we want to be in. So annoying and stupid actually a waste of time

It is a total waste of time. The big houses have so many legacies that they have to cut some to make the pledge class small enough. The rest of the houses are battling over a few possible new members. It should be more like frat rush where you go to a few houses.

A lot of my Greek friends are so upset today. All that work and they didn't even make quota. A lot of the girls they wanted didn't end up pledging any house. It's such a scam to make the houses and the PNMs go through recruitment. Many of the houses (hellloooo DGs) know who they want to bid before rush starts. So many PNMs get their hopes up only to be destroyed when they don't get asked back. It's such an archaic system.
