Frat signing dilemma
by: Rush28Hey greekrank! Currently, I’m between FIJI and delts, and all of my friends at Bromley have signed delts. The problem is I think delts runs with the wrong crew for me. Ever since I entered high school I have been socially awkward around girls, and this has not improved since I’ve entered UIUC. I’ve heard delts does a lot of events with tri delt and KD, which makes me very nervous. Can anyone confirm that FIJI is more centered around guys? Would make me feel a lot better about signing.

Hey man I’ve heard that FIJI is blocking with KKG and Phi Sig (😂😂😂). To be honest with u I’d be focused on finding a house that has better sorority relations from here on out. Delts isn’t even allowed out on Mondays and Thursdays cuz of #hazing. Expand ur horizons brother.

Fiji is definitely the way to go if you’re more into dudes, in your situation I think it’d be best for you to stay away from the sigs, sae, or delts as they tend to block with all the best sororities and they wouldn’t want someone who is awkward around them. You’d fit perfectly with Fiji’s anti social crowd and you should also check out Acacia if ur only into guys

You seem like a nice kid and based off what i’m gauging from your post, delts would not allow you to be yourself and you’d prob be in constant anxiety. They aren’t even recognized by IFC and that says a lot. Keep in mind that by next year you won’t care what your Bromley neighbors are up to, make decisions that focus on your needs.

Ok thank you. The idea of a lot of girls coming to parties is very overwhelming. This makes me feel a lot better!
