Hub elevators don’t work

Just moved into the Hub and I don’t know how the elevator works. It just doesn’t work for me dude. Like I don’t know how to make it go up. Need a tech guy to the Hub asap. Also the door doesn’t open. Tech guy to the Hub

Just try pressing the button and then when it opens hop in and press the button that corresponds to your floor number, hope this helps!
