aopi, phimu | tke, rho, tau, farm
ALL THESE HOUSES ARE GOOD. the higher they are the more involved they are on campus and may have better connections.

Also the higher they are they have better connections to frats and bars. just bc one house is lower does not mean they are a bad house. all greek houses are great to be in (except a couple…) the middle tier houses are great but not as strict or crazy as the higher houses.

Taus, Sigs, Betas, DChi and Pikes were the top ones.
Acacia was right behind but still a frat for rich kids with the best mansion on campus. Most frats were at least decent - it was the golden age.

Their chapter model is interesting. Since they don't have a housing requirement, will that attract more members? I know a lot of PNMs who dropped out of recruitment because they felt like the sororities were only interested in having them live in house.

they didnt even have a block partner until recently, should prob switch with dchi

aepi 27s are ok but SNU has overall bunch of weird kids. Phi delt definitely fell off but dchi 26s are good and 27s are ok. id put aepi, snu, dchi and pike on the same level

The obsession with being in a top house is crazy. Those houses are so mean and competitive all the time. I don't know anyone happy in a "top" house. My friends in the smaller houses are all happy.
