what are the srts that never cobs? and when does cob info come out

They all give cob’s from my understanding. Maybe not DG?

The bidding system is such a mess that they all do COB or they cannot make their numbers. Some are by invitation only. Most are really open.

the cob system is changing this year and so not every house can cob - only those with lower numbers so don’t count on it

Last year I think all houses did some COB. There were not enough PNMs for the houses to make their numbers without COB.
