Theta Xi is an embarrassment to Greek Life across the country. Everyone geed or not has heard about how much these guys suck. Good riddance they are disbanding. They were a huge stain on uiuc greek life.

Generally speaking, look to those frats who built and have owned their original houses for a hundred years to find wealth & longevity. Phi Delts, ATO, Sigs, Sigma Nu & Delta Chi are generational. Others are mostly a "flash in the pan."

Apologies for bursting anyone's bubble with this. People are sensitive over this category in particular.

I don't even understand how ATO and Sigma Nu survive stuck way over in the back corner of nowhere, but they do. Must be doing something right because location, location, location, is not one of their strong points.
