by: Well...Their house was listed on 1/29 for $4.6million. I thought they had a ton of guys. Maybe their debt was too big and refinancing will be at a much higher rate?

Generally speaking, look to those frats who built and have owned their original houses for a hundred years to find wealth & longevity. Phi Delts, ATO, Sigs, Sigma Nu & Delta Chi are generational. Others are mostly a "flash in the pan."
Apologies for bursting anyone's bubble with this. People are sensitive over this category in particular.

Lol you can tell someone from Sigma Nu wrote this.
They excluded a few other 100+ year old houses that might weaken the story, included ATO and Sigs to make themselves look good.
The other 4 houses would never include SN with themselves.
