Why is business frat so freaking hard to get into

Seriously why are they so hard to get into?
I know ppl w great personality, 4.0gpa, crazy leadership n interns got rejected in the first round. I know its super competitive but what type of kids they actually want???

Who cares. Business frats are scams. I built a million dollar business my freshman year and got cut.
