I looked on Champaign RE listings and did not see Theta Xi house listed.

Checked again. Listed 1/29 with Coldwell Banker for $4.6 Million.

All the frats/srats need to pull together and get out the word about the positives of the greek system instead of tearing each other down.
If you don't, you'll wake up one day to nothing left of the greek system except a smoking hole in the ground.
