And pluuuuuuuueze, no comments about the DG stalker. If you think DG should be higher, state why (not just that they've always been a queen). Allow people to have differing opinions. And also, don't read anything into the fact that I ranked AXO and GPB above DG. I'm not in any of those houses. I'm just trying to forestall the most boring reply comments.

Return rates are not a good way to rank houses. It looks like they would be, but houses are not all inviting back the same girls. A top house could invite back the bottom quartile of girls and get 100% return rate and probably the worst new member class.

return rates should be indicative of where a house ranks. Also i would put xo with adpi these days not kkg. They have been getting a lot of bad press about not showing up for events and all the frats are sick of it. Nothing against Adpi but XO is right with them now.

If we determined rankings by return rates the entire ranking would be completely different. Chi O and Alpha Phi would be queens because their rush is so good. Then other sororities would be in different spots because despite what the ranks are on here what PNMs like is very much different.
