Can SAE have a pledge class next fell if they are not recognized by the university?

probably. They may not have a house but they will more than likely live together and everyone will still know them as the SAE's.
It happened at ISU where the Sigma Tau Gamma's got kicked off but then all moved into the same apartment complex so everyone just knows that apartment complex as the Sig Tau house. They're not recognized by the university but are still known as a top house among students

Yeah but who would want to rush a house that's not recognized by the university , on probation, and have no pledgeship anymore ? I sure the hell wouldn't

Oh please. They're still a top-tier frat, whether recognized by the university of not. That alone will get them a decent pledge class (although maybe not as good as they would do otherwise)
