top THETA DG AXO DDD (let’s be real DDD deserves to be on the top level) (DG #2 after this year)
upper top KD GPHI (KD has risen above GPHI very social pc)
upper mid XO KKG APHI (XO kkg pretty undisputed Aphi isn’t as well liked but still gets the prestige)
mid PHISIG AXID (phi sig has risen, Axid has a bad 27 pc but held up by upper class men)
lower mid ADPI AGD DZ SDT PIPHI (Piphi has fallen a lot it’s pretty undesputed)
bottom AEPHI AOII Phi Mu (ppl say phi mu is best bottom house on here but in reality that’s not the case)

KD too. They are not a top house, especially over Gphi. Top 5 will always be Theta, DG, Gphi, AXO, and TriDelt.
IMO Gphi and AXO are interchangeable and over TriDelt. Especially with this years PCs

This is the truth!
People WAY overhype KD because of their nice house, but they don't have the history and reputation that Gphi has. I get that every year the sororities are re-evaluated based on PC, but Gphi consistently has an excellent PC with really beautiful and fun girls.

nah phi mu is def the best bottom house. aephi’s pledges are just straight up weird and aoii just does not get out much and seems to not care about recruiting. At least I see phi mu out at social stuff and they are get genuinely nicer and cuter than the other two houses

Yeah Phi Mu way more fun than the other two.
AOPi look like they have mental health issues and never go out in the sun.
AEPhi is just rough.
Phi Mu has a mix but at least they have some good ones.
