the links will never work correctly because greekrank modifies them so they don't show up correctly (they think it's spam). just go to the website or do a google search and you'll see the correct links

they suspend all fraternities and sororities during any investigations. they arent going to get kicked off and quite possibly could have no punishment

Finally a well thought out statement by someone on this site. a fraternity and sorority can only get kicked off campus if their national organization sees fit to take that type of action. ATO nationals would never do that to this chapter/house. They are too powerful on this campus.

a fraternity can stop being recognized by IFC. that means that instead of being policed by kolusis and IFC, they are policed by champaign police. not good.
