THE REAK FRAT RANKINGS

1) TOP: DELTS/SIGS
Both houses as expected pulled solid PCs. Heard from 27 girls in my house that both frats have equally good PC sizes and quality so cannot different between both. Would say they both will be equally top houses for many more years. Sigs might beat out Delts because of house cleanliness.
2) LOWER TOP: SAE
Heard very bad things about SAE 27s and their rush. Few guys seems good and also have a massive PC (not for good reasons tho) so still top 3, but definitely fell out of contention for top house. From what I have heard they might fall to 5 in a couple of years.
3) UPPER MID: ACACIA AND ZEEBS
Both houses weren't able to pull sizable PCs with less that 30 people each. Still better than having weird people in the house. Would be interesting to see if they can cover up with strong spring classes Still have strong sorority relations so that might help them maintain status, but not looking good.
4) PHI PSI AND ATO:
The only reason they're even still top 10 is because of upper class men status. Phi Psi was expected to continue their tradition of bidding every kid that walks in their house so not surprises they had a big class filled with creeps, but ATO doing the same thing is surprising. Both houses need to stop bidding people just for numbers. Both houses have huge amounts of drops showing the quality of their PCs. Both are gonna drop out of top 10 very soon imo.
