Only houses worth it to join

For all 27’s: nothing wrong with joining a house where you feel you belong. However, here is a list of houses that can bring you the full experience of being in a fraternity:
Fiji, Pike, ZBT, Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, SAE, Phi Psi, ATO (probably not by next year), Acacia, Delts.

idk I feel like even if they're a little lower what else do they truly lack compared to the rest.

They have bad sorority relations. Only have bar pull at Joes. And then cant fill their house and nationals has to pay for it. They might lose it soon if their pledge classes keep falling bellow 20.

Their house was specifically designed in a suite format, so if they didnt fill it they can rent out part of it.
Whether they would actually desire to do so, is a whole other issue.
