Transferring from Alabama what house to join

I was in theta chi at alabama and I want to also be in a top house here. Theta chi here is kings here right. Who should I contact to join them and will I have to pledge again.

Theta Chi has like 25 guys here.

And Theta Chi is not top tier at Bama.
