Hot take predictions for next year

This post will be controversial but this is how I see it looking at houses this year. As always this is my personal opinion and might not be true.
1) DELTS: I think they had one off semester last year with being kicked off, etc which might have caused them to dip a bit, but I think they are back now and better than ever. They have great socials, great sorority relations and great bunch of guys. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, their house is disgusting in the inside but low-key what makes it fun.
2) SAE: Interchangeable with Delts TBH. A lot like them in general, SAE and Delts have great relations with each other which allows them to throw better socials and generally maintain better sorority relations together. Only reason theyre bellow delts is im not too hot on their 26s. DELTSAE or wtv will together retain the first spot for a while in my opinion.
3) SIGS: Lets get into it. I know everyone on here and on campus in general thinks Sigs are top house. I just don't see it, they do have amazing sorority relations (prolly better than SAE and Delts) but I think that's just based on past reputation and don't see current PCs holding it up. Just think they're a bit overhyped in general. Also, don't see them rlly having good relations with other frats.
4) ACACIA: Honestly don't rlly know much abt them, they aren't super social outside of their own groups and parties are rlly hit or miss. Foam Party tho.
5) ZBT: ZBT has great sorority relations, but very meh socials. Love the guys a lot, but just don't think they're up there with the other big houses. I think they're honestly happy not being a top 3 house since I don't see them making any effort to be one (mean that in a good way).
6) ATO: Oh ATO. How you have fallen. Just makes me so sad. Such great potential but they just consistently mess up. Horrible 26s pledge class imo. Lot of the upperclassmen are cool, but rlly at this point I see them fall to an upper mid house in a year or two especially with stiff competition from other houses.
Again, these are just my opinions.

I don’t see sigs falling to third but the gap between them and the other top 3 might come to very close

At this point I’d say delts is right behind sigs (very close) so it rlly just depends even if they pull a slightly better PC next year
