What is even a "top" frat?

Pretty sure the top frat is the one you vibe with the most, but what other qualities out there? Bar pulls? The sorority you block with? Number of parties and the number of people who join? Community services? Number of SA cases?

It's just the college version of the "cool kids" in high school.

If it's your thing, join. If you have other preferences or things to focus on, join somewhere else. Personally I am more laid back and joined a smaller house and made some great friends, but most of the guys in the "cool" houses are actually nice guys, so just join wherever you fit the vibe.

After college, no one cares and all the alums get along.
