ZBT/Phi Psi/ATO

Tier 3:
Pike/SNU/Fiji

Tier 4:
Phi Delt/Dchi/Asig

Tier 5: everyone else I dont care

Explanations:
Tier 1: These houses have been historically considered the top houses from both girls and guys perspectives. Huge reputations, fun events, and bar pull help keep these chapters on top. While Sigs and SAE have remained fairly stable as a top house, Acacia and Delts have been falling off with the lack of new members and bar pull/sorority relations. Acacia and SAE give off a more frat guy vibe, while Sigs and Delts give off a more preppy nice guy vibe.
Tier 2: These houses could be considered top houses by some people but do not have the history to be compared to the tier 1 houses. ZBT and Phi Psi have very similar personalities with both amazing sorority relations and lots of representation on campus. ZBT self ranks too much lol. ATO has been falling off recently with lack of events and mediocre pledge classes, but their history and their upperclassmen maintain their standing as a solid house.
TIer 3: These are the houses that most people don’t consider top but remain in the conversation as one of the best houses on campus. Pike has seen one of the hardest fall offs in the last few years, with small pledge classes, falling sorority relations due to SA allegations, and lack of fun events in general. However, their name keeps them from being relevant. SNU on the other hand has seen one of the fastest come ups in the last few years, with increasing sorority relations and underrated bar presence. However, they lack the history for them to be considered a top house. Fiji has remained as an upper mid house historically, and their involvement and reputation maintains their status.
Tier 4: These houses are considered mid houses by most people but have enough reputation that they are seen as a relevant house.Phi Delts is similar to ATO where they also have seen a hard fall off in the recent years, but their upperclassmen maintain their status. DChi had a decent 26 class and has good sorority relations but their lack of bar presence makes them a mid house. Asigs is Asigs.
Tier 5: The rest of the houses struggle for relevancy when it comes to representation on campus, sorority relations, party attendance, and overall reputation.
