Low top: ATO, ZBT, Phi Psi
mid: Phi Delt, AEPI, Snu, Aggers, Dchi
lower mid: PSK, Adphi, theta xi, Asig
Rest: (good group of guys smaller houses): psi u, Farmhouse, Sammys, dke, DU, Phi Kapps, PKT, theta chi, beta sig

There is a bus stop literally 20 feet from Dorks front door.
They should all get on that bus and leave campus.

ASig is a nothing house with no personality.
Go ahead - describe them. You can't.
Nah - it's just a dorm that someone hammered some Greek letters onto. It's fine if you want to tell people you were in a frat while not really having to expend too much effort. But that is the reason it is not and never will be a top house.
