there is not a big enough difference between some houses to rank them in separate tiers. It's mostly due to competition. I'm ranking based on quality of the brothers, bar pull, and sorority relations

Real:

Top: sigs delts sae acacia, ato
Mid: zbt, phi psi, fiji, snu, dchi
Lower mid: a sigs, phi delts, pkt, aepi
Not mentioned: too irrelevant
